Bayelsa International Film Festival (BIFF) is a world-class film international festival held annually in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Established in 2021 by Mr. Moses Etonzor, the festival was created to celebrate the power of storytelling and the diversity of global cinema.
